Birthday girl!

Today is my 20th birthday! I can't believe I am no longer a teenager. Weird.. anyways, today I am babysitting just to make some extra money because I had nothing better to do and then I am spending the night time with Nico. Though, he cant spend the night tonight cuz he has school tomorrow. He is spending Friday to Monday with me which I am SO EXCITED ABOUT!

I love him so much and miss him! I can't wait to see him :) It's been since Saturday night.

My birthday dinner!

So yesterday I had a birthday dinner with a bunch of awesome people. I had soo much fun!I made this yummy dip with beans, guacamole, sour cream, cheese and taco seasoning on top and it was tooo die for :) Then, Betsy's mom Hillary made stuffed shells and we all had those but by the time we got to cake we were sooo stuffed.

BUT it was a Cold Stone cake and it had chocolate chip cookie dough with white cake, white frosting and rainbow sprinkles :) It was tooooo die for :) It was soo cute too! AND YUMMY! It said "Happy Birthday Laura" of course and I asked for pink writing but got orange some how.. anyway! I had a great birthday party!

Tomorrow is Valentines Day and Nico is surprising me. I am really excited :) I didn't even hint what I wanted or anything so this will be interesting. I hope I like it. I will tell you what it is tomorrow :) haha

Yeah then its my real birthday on the 16th and theres another present. We shall see what happens :)

My Birthday is coming up!

So, my birthday is coming up and today we are having a birthday dinner because a lot of people are around on Saturday here compared to Wed. So, my mom and her best friend are making Stuffed Shells with Alfredo and Marinara sauce. I got a Cold Stone chocolate chip cookie dough cake. I also made strawberry Jello and a double batch of chocolate chip cookies... Yeah, so I made a whole lot and got a whole lot. I also got pink and black balloons which this will be my 4th year of those colored balloons because I am the QUEEN of pink and black :) I am so excited! Nico and Betsy and I are gonna have a blast :) Plus all the adults :D haha

Haven't posted in while!

I have been sick and what not so I haven't really been online. I talked to my boyfriend yesterday and he was in such a good mood. He told me I was the best girlfriend ever and all this stuff. He is so cute sometimes. I really miss him. I can't wait to see him on Friday and then my birthday dinner is on Saturday. Nico, Betsy, Megan, Hillary, John, my mom, dad, Bill and Gary will all be here for my birthday. It is actually on the 16th but no one will be here then so it's on Saturday instead haha!

Anyways, there is a glitter portion to this! So, I have been playing around with my colors and a new color I just LOVE is Jackie. It is like a highlight purple color. It reminds me of a light purple toothache the light toothache lol. Yeah, it is really pretty. I also love Mobster! It is to die for! Anyways, I thought I would tell you some of my recent favorite discoveries :)

Today I failed at GlitterSniffer Sorting...

I was gonna sort my glitter sniffer and combined stuff and see what I have for sale but I was so lazy today I took a nap. Then, I got woken up by some random blocked call TWICE. Then, I ate some sweetart hearts and talked to my glitter girls! I am not having a very good day though :( I wish things were better but it seems like my life is kind of falling apart. On the UP side I found a cute steering wheel cover to buy :D

Oh and today a weird kid in my class made me feel really uncomfortable... like super like its kinda scary and i think my class is fearing for their lives.

My day...

I woke up feeling like totally nauseous and didn't go to school because I didn't want to drive feeling so gross and icky. I basically slept in and then took a shower hoping it would make me feel a little better because it usually does. It kind of did but not as much as I would have liked it to. I have been feeling so weird since Saturday night and I don't know why. Then, I took a nap and taped up Ashley and Melissa's pigments to go out tomorrow :)

We got a lot of new people on glittersniffer's group. It is so crazy now though I think I am gonna have to turn off my notifications. LOL

So, then I read Ashley's blog post and it totally made me love her even more to have to go through that. I couldn't even imagine. I am so lucky I have never had to go through that and I don't know how strong I would be if I had to. I love you Ashley and I am always here for you <3

Anyway, so I am just gonna be hangin out tonight and my boyfriend should be on skype soon I hope :)

Glitter Madness :)

So I got Melissa and Ashley's orders all ready to go but forgot one thing.. THE TAPE so they don't open of course! haha! So now they will have to wait till Tuesday but that is okay as long as precious piggies don't get spilled right? haha! So anyway, tomorrow I have class and then I will start taping up piggies to go out the next day. I love my life as a Glitter Fiend I really do :) I have amazing friends and TONS of glitter :)

A Glitterific Day

So, I got home to find a nice size box of GLITTERY GOODNESS at my door with 108 pigments or something like that! WHOA baby! A have a few doubles and some that I will never use so I will be posting those to sell shortly.. I also got a small baby jaidon collection and a big one and I dont need both so I am gonna sell the big one so if anyone wants it tell me :)

I am just in heaven today and I have been on Etsy and it is so dangerous as my glitter girls say lol. I almost bought a watermelon hat. I mean seriously Laura? Get a  grip haha but its so cute and I need more hats but not a watermelon hat... maybe a cupcake hat? yeah one of those :P

Glittermail is the only thing keeping me sane... Yay for a Bloggy :)

Life has been throwing me for spins and loops and this and that and I am getting sick of it. Though, at the end of the day I am so excited to get my GLITTERMAIL! Sorry, it is the only thing keeping me sane at this point and I am so excited!!!!!!! -does a little dance- :)

Okay, well I have been talking to a lot of cool peeps today on GlitterSniffer :) Melissa is like awesome and I am so happy to have her :) Ashley is amazing as well, she and I have lots of late night chats and pretty much talk about everything. She works at Nico's favorite place to eat ever so I was like OMG youd be my boyfriends like dream girl when it comes to food haha! (or something along those lines when I first found out) I also talked to Markie today, I bought a few piggies from her one is called OOMPA LOOMPA and basically the reason I bought it is because of the name. I really want someone to ask me what color I have on my eyes and I wanna say "It's funny you should ask, it's OOMPA LOOMPA!" hahaha! I know weird dream/fantasy but also a very cool one since it is like GlitterSniffer related <3

So, I just got off Skype with the boyfrannn and now I am waiting for Ashley to post her bloggy so I can go to bed<3
I don't know what I would do without my Glitter Gals <3 They mean soo much to me and are always there when I need them. You are the coolest peeps around, seriously :)

So, today went way better than I ever could have hoped. Things are really looking and going well. I am super happy about this. I hope that is stays this way. I don't want to get my hopes up too much though :/ I just wanted to say that life throws a lot of punches at you and believe me I know that it can be hard to stay up when all you want to do is fall down. I realized when I recently fell down that sometimes all you need to do is catch someone at a different time. It is amazing how if you let someone sleep on what you said they will be a lot more understanding the next day.
I have been doing really well so far in life and I am not giving up. I am really happy.
I have a puppy that I love so much it's unhealthy.
I have a boyfriend whom I love almost as much haha!
I have another puppy whom I love dearly as well but I am not as close to her.
I have great friends and a beautiful home.
I have a lot of good stuff but sometimes it just feels like life can take you for a roller coaster ride and if you are not expecting it. It might take you down harder and faster than you ever imagined <3

Hello friends!

Today, I did a new YouTube video but not glitter or makeup related. I did it on my doggies because I love them and I know a lot of Glitter Girls love their pups too! It was a bit failed because my doggies are all over the place but cute haha.

Anyways, so I went to school and had a normal life doing normal things. I have a huge GS order coming in that I have to sort which will be very interesting. It is around 280 piggies XD thats a lot of sorting :P We split it between three of us. Ashley, Melissa and Me :) Because it was such a good deal for all of us!

I really want a miniature pig :( Like really bad and I want to name it Darla :/

Speed Racer..... Not Really XD

So, today was the first time I ever went to school by myself I know that seems silly since I am almost 20 but I have always been afraid of driving. It was a really big fear for a long time. I finally got the guts and got my license and I am happy I did. Today, I went faster than I normally do and I felt like such a bad girl, haha! I went like more than 5 miles under the speed limit which is a big step for me because I was always so cautious being a new driver and what not.

Okay, so this is my inspiration for today...

One of my teachers had me rate what I would do in certain situations  like if I had to turn down a guy that liked me and he was insecure and sensitive or my friend told me her life story but I didn't know if I should tell her mine. So it was rated 1-5 on if you did have a situation like that would you handle it well (5)or not as well as you would like(1). So most of mine were pretty low which interested me because that means that I am not particularly happy with the way I handle situations and I never realized how hard it was in some situations so be totally truthful without hurting someone. I mean this is the way like your cornered into being like "yeah your hair looks awesome" but its not.. because with my best friends I would say "I don't really like it" but with just a friend I wouldn't know how they would react. It got me to thinking how hard it is to tell the truth in every day situations. I am a very blunt person for the most part but I do realize in some situations I would rather just bend the truth a little than hurting someone I don't know very well's feelings.

I hope you like this.. it was an interesting lesson I learned today so think about it :)
